What is your return policy?
Return requests can all be submitted via the contact form linked below. Please include the details of each package like the return reason and if the inventory is good or bad. All we ask is that you cover postage fees.

newyear Studios ships both international and domestic. Different shipping options will be available upon checkout.
What do i do if I never got my order?
newyear Studios offers a support ticket system portal via our fulfillment partner. Any order related questions (tracking updates, lost packages, updates) can all be entered there, and our support team will be able to
take care of them. Lost packages may qualify for a claim/refund.
When will I get my order?
We offer tracking! You will receive an email with your order details and a tracking link at no additional cost after your order is placed! Yay!
Where are you located?
newyear Studios is a U.S. based publisher of games and other stuff. Home base is Little Rock Arkansas. Manufacturing and fuffilment is based out of Taylor, Michigan. newyear Studios is proud to manufacture its goods in the U.S.A.
Can I change an order I already placed?
Packages are shipped daily (Mon-Fri) – any order that comes in before 8am will be shipped that day. If you need to make an order change please email alex@newyearstudios.com as soon as possible. No Promises the train can be stopped once its going though lol :/
How do I get a new password?
So, you lost your password. Shame on you! Use a password manager! Bitwarden is free and open source! Now that I am done wagging my finger at you. to reset your password head to the login screen and click the "i fogot my password" button. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Submit it and you will get an email in your inbox soon after allowing a reset.
How ecologically friendly is this stuff?
Sadly, not really very. With there being a global paper shortage and many paper manufactures reducing or canceling recycled paper product lines newyear Studios is getting what it can get for the time being. In an effort to counter act and reduce its carbon footprint newyear Studios is manufacturing and providing fulfillment via the same facility. (shipping is a hungry beast) In the future it hopes to expand upon the ecologically friendly nature of its products but the industry is not making it super easy to do at the moment. Currently looking into soybased inks and risograph printing options for a few future projects.
Where are my digital goods?
When you place an order that is digital only or includes a digital product you will get an email with a download link. Please save the link. Digital download links are not stored in customer account profiles. If you lose your emailed link please email alex@newyearstudios.com to be supplied with a repeat email with you link.
